Dear Artist,

Thank you for interest in contributing your work to the Rivets & Rockets art show! The show curator has looked at your work and decide if you would be a good fit for our show. The following are details on submitting your work.

Show Details

Exposure- We will be running an multi-media ad campaign to publicize the art show including flyers, posters, Social Networking and more. But we can always use more so please spread the word.

Medium: You can submit your art in any medium your are comfortable in working with. Water Color, Acrylics,oil and High Quality prints made from your Digital Art.

-Delivering Art All art must arrive at the gallery by 5pm Wednesday, September 23rd unless other arrangements are made.

-Art may be mailed or hand delivered. Mail art to Smorgasbord Productions, P.O. Box 381208, Hollywood, CA 90038 or deliver art to Kiko Thomas at ComaGallery 3503 W. Pico blvd, L.A. 90019

--Shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the artist. We recommend you include tracking in order to keep tabs on your package.

Show Dates:
The show will run from September 26th till October 24th. From October to November 30th work will be featured for sale on art show website. After that date any unsold work will be returned to artists.

Sales: Gallery will take a 50% commission on art sold so price your art accordingly. (So, for example, if you want to get $50 for a painting, it must sell for $100).

Provide Your Information

Please provide as much of the following information as you can so we can plan ahead for the show. This is also the information we'll need attached to each piece of art you submit for the show. Email the following information to projects@smorgasbordproductions.com

1. Your name

2. Number of pieces submitting (if submitting prints list the number of prints you are submitting for each piece of art)

3. Expected Date of Delivery of Art & Method of Delivery. (delivering directly to the gallery or by mail)

4. Method of Return of Unsold Art (by mail or picking it up in person)

5. Mailing address (so we can send you money or return your art. Paypal address if you want to paid through paypal)

For each individual piece include:
1. Name of piece
2. Medium used to create it.
3. Size
4. Price we will sell your work for. The gallery will be taking 50% of each piece that sells. So, for example, if you want to get $50 for a painting, then list it at $100.
5. A photo of piece if available. (can be emailed)
